Melbourne-based Activ8me started out in life serving rural, regional and remote Australian communities with satellite broadband. In just six years we have grown to become Australia's largest satellite internet provider, and an acknowledged expert in remote and rural communications technology.
Activ8me also works with the Australian Government's Indigenous Communications Program to improve remote Indigenous Community access to essential telecommunications services.
To date we have installed 268 solar-powered and satellite connected community phones in remote Indigenous Australian communities.
In 2011 Activ8me became an official National Broadband Network (NBN) service provider for NBN Fibre, NBN Fixed Wireless and NBN Satellite services.
Activ8me's extensive broadband and voice service portfolio also includes mobile broadband, ADSL broadband, satellite phones, internet phone services, and fixed landline services.
